If a current and active CVR MLS Administrative User is transferring firm affiliations with the agent or broker for whom they work, please complete the CVR MLS Administrative Access Application. While the admin will not be charged for any new application (as long as they are current and active), CVR MLS needs to capture all of the new contact information and have the appropriate agent/broker reaffirm supervision over the admin.
Forms should be completed and returned to [email protected] within fifteen days of transfer affiliation.
