Want to terminate your REALTOR Membership, CVR MLS Subscription or both? Follow these instructions for a smooth transition:

• An agent or broker can complete the RAR/CVR MLS Termination Form.
  • TIP:  Agent's terminating themselves must complete sections 1, 2, & 3 of the termination.
     
  • TIP: Broker's terminating agents must complete sections 1, 2, & 4 of the termination.
     
  • TIP: CVR MLS only agent and admins must complete CVR MLS portion of the termination only (CVR MLS Termination Form).

• Submit your completed, signed form to m[email protected].  We will process your form within one business day.
  • Please note that most related systems (Matrix, ShowingTime, SentriLock) will be updated as soon as we process your form, but some systems, like TransactionDesk (Instanet) may take up to 24 hours.

• There is no charge to terminate.  All SentriLock Lockboxes must be turned into CVR MLS to receive any CVR MLS quarterly refund due for unused services paid. 

• Active, Temp Withdrawn and Pending listings in Matrix:
  • Please discuss the disposition of your active and temp withdrawn listings with your former broker. 

• If you have been terminated by your broker but plan to transfer to another firm, you will have 15 days from the receipt of termination to submit the RAR/CVR MLS transfer forms. After the 15 day timeframe, new applications will be required to reactivate the account.
