The Real Estate Assistance Program (REAP) is funded through voluntary contributions made by RAR members.

This voluntary opportunity appears on members’ annual dues billing each October. RAR uses REAP funds to provide financial support to housing-related non-profits. Some of the non-profits in the area that have received REAP funds include Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity, the Better Housing Coalition and Virginia Supportive Housing.
